Terms for a useful, respectful tool.

Using PDFLoom

You are responsible for the accuracy, tax treatment, employment terms, legal sufficiency, and delivery of every document you create. Check downloaded results before relying on or sending them.

Accounts and limits

Guests may create up to two PDFs. Free accounts receive five PDF generations per month. Paid-plan allowances, normal-use rules, and team access are shown on the pricing page and may be enforced to protect service reliability.

Paid services

Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled. Prices and included usage are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added by the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily refund a period already started, except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

GST invoices and e-invoices

PDFLoom helps format information supplied by you. It does not verify GST registration, select tax rates, file returns, or itself register invoices with the Government. When e-invoicing applies, you must obtain the IRN and signed QR from a GSTN-authorised Invoice Registration Portal before issuing the final invoice. Never use a fabricated IRN or QR code.

Uploaded designs

You must own or have permission to use uploaded templates, logos, and letterheads. Custom design mode preserves an uploaded background and overlays PDFLoom's structured document layout; customers must review the result before sending it.

Service availability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but browser behavior, device resources, third-party infrastructure, and legal requirements can change. Review every generated document before issuing it and keep the records required for your business.

Prohibited use

Do not use PDFLoom to create fraudulent documents, misrepresent payments or employment, violate privacy, intellectual property, access controls, or applicable law.
